The PiperJet was recently revealed on October 17th at the 2006 NBAA Convention in Orlando, FL .  A full size mock-up was on display following a press conference Tuesday morning.  Orders are currently being taken! 

The Williams FJ44-3AP was announced as the engine for the PiperJet at the AOPA Expo in Palm Springs, CA.  This engine has a maximum rating of 3000 lbs of thrust, but will be de-rated to 2400 lbs for use in the PiperJet. 

 
Garmin selected as avionics provider for the PiperJet.  The system will be an advanced, next-generation version of the popular G1000.
